We are proud to announce that DI Return is now released and launched to the market! DI Return is a new and cutting-edge solution for the customer to return e-commerce parcels directly from home! This unique solution enables e-commerces to offer a flexible and efficient way for their customers to effortlessly return a product and get money refunded.

The customer simply places an order to return a parcel through https://bestill.helthjemretur.no. Instructions are provided for how to pack the item, as well as a code for track-and-trace to type on the package. Hence the parcel is picked up from the customer’s mail box or door mat the morning after. Depending on the reason for the return, the parcel will be sent either to destruction, to charity, or back to the e-commerce. No need to worry about refunds; these are made through a payment solution. Communication with the e-commerce customer is done through sms and email. An important component of this product is the shipping API, making sure that the customer is only exposed to relevant shipping alternatives given her shopping cart, as well as prices. The existing distribution network for shipping out printed products to people can also be used to shipping out parcels – AND returning parcels (reverse logistics). DI Return was developed in close cooperation with www.helthjem.no and successfully launched to the market in May.
