This years DI summer interns has recently concluded their assignments and projects in DI to continue their studies. It has been an exciting and educating summer for the five skilled students visiting us since mid-June. They have worked with: Road data - Methods to interpret GPS patterns to make route optimization even better. They have tested different methods to find the best way to interpret GPS data, to automaticly generate roads or pathways where the used route is deviating from the planned route. Vehicle emissions - Automatic collection of vehicle data and calculation methods for environmental footprint and emissions from all driving carriers. - Improved UX for, for making a better concistency between the messaging and design. Worked with user experiences and design of elements like "recurring deliveries" and "gifts".
