It started with newspaper delivery
Distribution Innovation started in 2001 with a simple idea: making newspaper distribution easier and more efficient.
Arming couriers
Our first solution was a digital delivery guide that helped newspaper couriers manage their daily routes. What started as a tool for couriers soon became something bigger.
Merging distributors
Working closely with Nordic publishers and distributors, we developed systems that made it easier to coordinate distribution networks, share infrastructure and reduce costs.
New business and new dynamics
As the industry changed, so did we. Declining print volumes and the growth of parcel deliveries created new opportunities to make better use of existing distribution networks. Our technology evolved to support more products, more complex operations and greater flexibility across the logistics chain.
Today
Today, DI provides software that connects print production, logistics planning, parcel handling and last mile delivery.
And while the technology has changed considerably since 2001, our approach remains the same: working closely with our customers to solve real challenges in their daily operations.
